Robert Beckman - I do not know the exact address of skyland gold course (it is outside of cleveland, ohio). i am submitting this posthumously on behalf of my deceased father--who achieved this feat in 1996. i filled out the form as best i could.

Jay Ohanesian - Humidity was very high and hitting into a 2 club wind used 3 wood hit a left to right fade landed on green and hopped once and rolled in the hole.

William Decelle - I found the ball i hit the shot with on the hole before. i also had fiberglass splinters in my hand from where i grabbed a broken bunker rake on the hole before.

Chih-hsu Yen - Strong downwind, needed to take at least 1 to 2 clubs less. landed in front of the green. bounced on the green and a couple of hops. then, started rolling for about 40 ft and disappeared. i asked
